Low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) prices moved 1 cent higher at the bottom 
end of the range in the West. The top end of the range and both ends of the 
mostly price series are unchanged. Domestic demand varies from steady to 
lighter. Demand from international buyers is lighter. Stakeholders note spot 
load availability as tighter. Production schedules are mixed. Some 
manufacturers have scheduled holiday downtime during the week, while others are 
making use of broader spot milk load availability. High heat NDM prices moved 
slightly higher at the bottom end of the range. Production schedules are mixed 
and demand is steady.
