Nonfat Dry Milk - West U.S.

Released on October 30, 2025

Low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) prices moved lower at both ends of the
range and mostly price series in the West. Demand varies from steady to lighter
for both domestic and international buyers. Spot loads are more available in
the West region compared to the neighboring Central region. Production
schedules remain steady. High heat NDM prices moved half a cent higher at the
bottom end of the range and are unchanged at the top end of the range. Demand
is steady. Production schedules are mixed. A few manufacturers note high heat
NDM is not being produced if buyers have not committed to purchases prior to
production.
