sentiment continues to be on the bearish side. Demand varies from steady to

throughout the region. Production schedules are steady. High heat NDM prices 
moved lower at the bottom end of the range and were unchanged at the top end. 
Demand varies from steady to lighter. Production schedules are mixed.
