In the West, low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) prices are unchanged at the 
bottom and decreased two cents at the top of the range. The bottom of the 
mostly price series also decreased two cents, while the top increased one cent. 
Some sellers indicate there is pushback from buyers on prices this week. Demand 
from domestic and international buyers is steady. Production schedules are 
stable. Manufacturers and traders report spot load availability is tighter. 
High heat NDM prices decreased by less than one cent at both ends of the range 
this week. Demand is steady. Production schedules vary from intermittent to 
steady.
