In the West, low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) prices decreased one cent at 
the low end and increased five cents at the high end of the range. The mostly 
price series moved two cents higher at both ends. Stakeholder market sentiments 
are stable to somewhat bullish. Domestic demand is stronger. Export demand is 
steady. Production schedules are steady, but spot load availability is not 
robust. High heat NDM prices increased at both ends of the range. Limited sales 
of high heat NDM near the bottom of the low/medium heat NDM price range are 
reported for week 20. High heat NDM demand is steady, and production schedules 
are mixed.
