Nonfat Dry Milk - West U.S.

Released on April 23, 2026

In the West, prices for low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) continue to
increase at both ends of the range and mostly price series. Demand from
domestic and international buyers varies from steady to stronger. Spot load
availability continues to be tight in the region. Some stakeholders note they
are receiving contractual loads of NDM with more recent production dates.
Production schedules are steady. For some powder manufacturers, NDM production
remains a higher focus than dry buttermilk production. High heat NDM prices
increased at both ends of the range. Production schedules are mixed and demand
is steady.
