Low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) prices increased at the bottom end and 
decreased 2 cents at the top end of the range in the West. The mostly price 
series increased 3 cents at the bottom and 1 cent at the top of the mostly 
price series for week 8. Stakeholders continue to note spot load availability 
as tight. Domestic demand is steady. Demand from international buyers varies 
from steady to somewhat stronger. NDM production schedules are stable. High 
heat NDM prices moved higher at the bottom end and are unchanged at the top end 
of the range. Production schedules and demand are steady.
