Nonfat Dry Milk - West U.S.

Released on January 02, 2026

In the West, low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) prices are unchanged across
the range and mostly price series this week. Contacts report light demand from
domestic and international purchasers. Spot purchasers say inventories have
tightened in recent weeks. Condensed skim milk is available for drying.
Low/medium heat NDM production is light overall, due to downtime for the
holidays, but plant managers say they are busy drying as much condensed skim on
days they are operating. Production schedules are primarily geared towards
low/medium heat NDM, limiting high heat production. Demand for high heat NDM is
steady and prices are unchanged.
