from international buyers is lighter. Traders indicate typical pre-holiday week 
delivery breaks this month to buyers in Mexico. Spot load availability is 
tight. Cheese production is busy. Price strength and buyer demand for high 
protein whey dairy commodities is incentivizing some manufacturers to utilize 
liquid whey volumes for whey protein concentrate/isolate production. Dry whey 
production schedules are steady.
