Dry Whey - West U.S.

Released on November 13, 2025

Dry whey prices moved higher for the bottom end of the range and both ends of
the mostly price series in the West. Regional availability of spot loads
remains much more on the tight end than the loose end. Manufacturers note some
product quality issues and fast approaching planned downtime are likely
contributing to tight spot load availability. Contractual obligations continue
to be fulfilled. Dry whey production schedules are steady for week 46. Dry whey
demand varies from moderate to stronger.

Prices for: West, All First Sales, F.O.B., Extra & Grade A, Edible Dry Whey
