Dry Whey - West U.S.

Released on October 23, 2025

Prices for dry whey were unchanged in the West. Domestic demand is flat. Demand
from international buyers varies from moderate to steady. Some stakeholders
indicate market instability is leading to a decrease in export sales. On the
other side of the coin, industry sources note buyers in some Asian countries
are optimistic about future trade developments. Dry whey manufacturers are
running steady production schedules. Dry whey producers report steady to tight
spot load availability. Traders note loads are available, but supplies are not
abundant.
