In the West, dry whey prices moved one cent lower for both ends of the range 
and the top end of the mostly price series. The bottom end of the mostly price 
series is unchanged for this week. Demand from domestic and international 
buyers varies from steady to lighter. Stakeholders describe the availability of 
dry whey loads as being comparatively tighter in the West region than the 
neighboring Central region. Extra grade dry whey production schedules are 
steady, but grade A dry whey production schedules are more variable. For a few 
manufacturers only extra grade dry whey is being produced.
