this week in the Western region. Whey demand is steady both domestically and 
internationally. Some contacts indicate spot volumes are available for 
purchase, while others have tighter inventory available. Dry whey production 
schedules are stable but many producers are prioritizing higher protein 
concentrates instead of Grade A or Extra Grade whey.
