In the West, dry whey prices moved higher across all facets of the range and 
mostly price series for the second week in a row. However, week 23 had less 
dramatic increases compared to week 22. Demand from domestic and international 
buyers is steady for the most part. Sellers convey some international buyers 
are actively working to bolster on hand inventories before trade policy pauses 
end. Stakeholders indicate spot load availability did not change much from the 
previous week. It remains on the tight end with some downgraded product 
receiving prices close to that of product not downgraded. Dry whey production 
schedules are steady.

Price Range - Non-Hygroscopic; Dollars per Pound: 0.51 - 0.59
Mostly Range - Non-Hygroscopic; Dollars per Pound: 0.53 - 0.57
