the West. Domestic demand varies from moderate to stronger. Demand from 
international buyers is steady. Spot load availability in the region is 
tighter. Cheese production is creating enough liquid whey for dry whey 
production needs. Dry whey production schedules are steady. Manufacturers 
producing sweet whey and whey protein concentrates/isolates are generally using 
excess liquid whey for additional whey protein concentrates/isolates production.
