series in the West. Demand from domestic and international buyers is steady. 
Spot load availability is not abundant and variable depending on manufacturer. 
Cheese production is providing sufficient liquid whey volumes for drying. Dry 
whey production schedules are stable, while higher whey protein commodities 
remain a bigger focus for many manufacturers.

Price Range - Non-Hygroscopic; Dollars per Pound: 0.64 - 0.78
