Dry Buttermilk - West U.S.

Released on November 13, 2025

In the West, dry buttermilk prices moved slightly lower at both ends of the
range and mostly price series. Domestic demand varies from steady to somewhat
stronger, with November and December at-home holiday baking around the corner,
and commercial bakeries producing more holiday goods. Demand from international
buyers is steady. Butter churns are heavily active and producing plenty of
liquid buttermilk. Dry buttermilk production schedules are steady.
Manufacturers continue to fulfill contractual obligations, keeping their spot
load availability snug. Traders report loads are available for spot purchasing.
