In the West, the dry buttermilk price and mostly range both remained unchanged 
this week. Domestic demand varies from steady to moderate. Demand from 
international buyers is steady. More than sufficient volumes of liquid 
buttermilk are available for drying, with plenty of cream to keep churns in 
full production. Dry buttermilk production schedules are steady. Some 
manufacturers note extremely tight spot load availability. Contractual 
obligations are taking the majority of BMP production through January 2026. 
Distributors and traders convey spot loads are available.

PM CST.
