Dry Buttermilk - West U.S.

Released on July 10, 2025

Dry buttermilk prices moved 1 cent lower for the bottom ends of both the range
and mostly price series in the West. The tops ends of both the range and mostly
price series are unchanged. Demand for dry buttermilk is steady from domestic
and international buyers. Contractual commitments are being fulfilled. Spot
load availability is on the tight end for much of the region, while dry
buttermilk production is seasonally lighter. Some manufacturers convey dry
buttermilk production schedules are busier due to more liquid/condensed
