Dry buttermilk prices moved higher for the bottom end of the range and mostly 
price series in the West. The top ends of the range and mostly price series are 
unchanged. Domestic demand varies from light to steady. Export demand is 
steady. A few manufacturers convey their stocks are extremely tight for spot 
load buyers well into Q3. Traders indicate load are available to secure. 
Contractual obligations are being met. Many plant managers have butter 
production going seven days a week keeping liquid buttermilk in the stream for 
drying. Dry buttermilk production varies from steady to lighter.
