heavy focus on 82 percent butterfat butter. Stakeholders indicate 82 percent 
butterfat butter prices are holding more price strength than 80 percent 
butterfat butter loads. Spot loads of butter are available. Butter 
manufacturers report inventories vary from stable to increasing. Demand from 
domestic and international buyers is steady.
