Butter/Butteroil - Europe

Released on February 26, 2026

Butter prices moved higher at both ends of the range this week, supported by
firmer demand and improved buyer engagement. Buyers extended coverage modestly,
with activity centered on nearby needs and overall trading remained orderly.
Butter oil prices continued to move lower across the range, as buyer caution
persisted and product remained harder to place. Ample availability and ongoing
hesitation around demand continued to weigh on values. Market tone remains
mixed, with butter firming while butter oil stays under pressure.
