For week 23, whole milk powder (WMP) prices moved lower on the bottom end of 
the range and higher on the top end of the range. WMP demand from buyers is 
strong. Brazilian and North African buyers continue to be active. Loads are 
available to secure from Uruguay and Argentina sources. WMP production 
schedules are stronger. Market tones are mixed.
