lower at the top end of the range. Manufacturers convey there is plenty of milk 
for powder production. SMP production schedules are mixed. Some manufacturers

prices for sellers and more than sufficient availability of cream for buyers. 
SMP spot loads are tight for parts of South America. SMP demand varies from 
light to steady. Stakeholders indicate stable, but not bullish price sentiment.
