For week 23, skim milk powder (SMP) prices moved lower on the bottom end of the 
range and higher on the top end of the range. Demand is strong from SMP buyers, 
especially Brazilian buyers. Contacts note Brazilian SMP spot offers 
availability to be tight. However, Uruguay and Argentina spot load availability 
is looser, and loads are available for spot buyers to secure. SMP production 
schedules are stronger.
