Prices for Oceania skim milk powder (SMP) held steady during the current 
reporting period, remaining unchanged at either end of the price range. Export 
prices were steady compared to their recent downturn, while domestic prices 
decreased. Demand for Oceania SMP is limited internationally due to ample 
supplies of comparatively cheaper SMP from other regions.

Recently released export data from New Zealand showed November 2025 SMP export 
volumes were 38,090 MT, a decrease of 9.7 percent from the year prior. Export 
volumes of SMP from January - November 2025 were 358,225 MT, down 7.9 percent 
from the same time frame a year ago.
