Cream multiples are on the rise. Both ends of the range saw a significant increase as summer demands continue. Butter production is strong, with churns operating seven days of the week. Butter manufacturers are producing consumer size packages and bulk butter. Demand for bulk butter is increasing while retail demand is holding steady. International demand for butter is strong.
