Butter prices on the CME are trending up this week. Last week, CME prices 
dropped $0.07. This week the prices are steadily rising. Bulk butter is selling 
flat to the CME, with contacts reporting multiple sales recently. Cream 
supplies are strong; contacts report heavy milk production prior to the recent 
uptick in heat. Cream multiples are on the rise. Both ends of the range saw a 
significant increase as summer demands continue. Butter production is strong, 
with churns operating seven days of the week. Butter manufacturers are 
producing consumer size packages and bulk butter. Demand for bulk butter is 
increasing while retail demand is holding steady. International demand for 
butter is strong. Butter inventory levels are strong.

Basis Pricing - 80% Butterfat:               -0.02-0.05
