Milk production is strong in the Northeast, providing large volumes of milk and 
cream to butter manufacturers. Spot purchases of cream for Class IV use are 
rare this week as high demand from Class II and III manufacturers is taking 
priority over Class IV. Butter plants are taking large volumes of milk this 
week to keep churns full and operating seven days a week. Retail demand for 
butter is steady. Butter inventories are balanced with production keeping pace 
with current demand.

Prices for: East, All First Sales, F.O.B., Grade AA, Edible Butter

Basis Pricing - 80% Butterfat:               -0.02-0.05
