near full schedules. Cream supplies are accessible, and processors note steady 
spot availability suitable for current production needs. Milk is moving 
normally across the Northeast following weather disruptions. Manufacturers 
indicate increased production of bulk butter continues ahead of expected draws 
on cream from Class II summer and pre-holiday demands. Butter demand remains 
steady at the bulk level and strong at the retail level. Cream multiples are 
moving higher based on recent reported transactions.
