Butter manufacturers in the East region are operating full production schedules 
this week. Milk output from the farm remains seasonally high, providing ample 
amounts of milk and cream for churning. Most facilities are not buying spot 
loads of cream as contractual loads are sufficient to keep the churns full. 
Cream multiples for Class IV are at flat market value. Butter inventories are 
moderate to light due to increased retail demand. Export activity in the East 
region is steady.

Basis Pricing - 80% Butterfat:               -0.02-0.05
