Nonfat Dry Milk - East and Central U.S.

Released on January 15, 2026

Acid casein prices are holding steady, as contacts in Oceania report steady
demand both within the region and in other regions. Spot loads of acid casein
are available, but inventories are not excessive. Acid casein makers say milk
is available, allowing them to run strong production schedules. Some
manufacturers say production schedules are focused on meeting contractual
requirements.

The price range for rennet casein is unchanged. Within Europe, demand is steady
and contacts in the region report strong interest from purchasers in other
regions. Plant managers in Europe say they are utilizing available milk to run
steady production schedules. Contract purchasers continue to secure most of the
rennet casein produced, but spot buyers say inventories are sufficient to meet
their current needs.
