The dry whey market remains stable. Contacts are optimistic that pricing for 
whey and whey derivatives will stay strong through the end of the calendar year 
and into the new year. Reported sales for Grade A and Extra Grade whey are 
within the previous reported range. No changes to the price range were made 
this week. Whey demand remains steady. Some facilities are undergoing planned 
downtime for preventive maintenance, but contacts are not concerned with this 
affecting supply. At time of reporting the CME prices for Extra Grade Whey 
changed minimally, reverting back to $0.63/lb.
