Sales activity for Extra grade dry whey increased this week. Multiple contacts 
reported higher sales volumes throughout the region. The price range for whey 
remains the same, with all reported sales falling within the established range. 
At the time of reporting, CME prices were down from the start of the week. 
Production of whey increased in the region to meet an increase in demand. 
International interest remains active this week. Inventories of dry whey are 
healthy and able to meet current demand.
