picked up this week. Stakeholders say some purchasers remain hesitant about 
current prices and buyers are primarily focusing on securing loads to meet 
their immediate needs. Contacts report export demand for dry whey is light as 
domestic loads are being sold at a premium compared to dry whey produced in 
other countries. Dry whey production is limited in the region as drying 
schedules remain focused on higher whey protein concentrates. Contacts report
