Dry whey production in the East region is in a steady state. The price range is 
unchanged as prices on the CME and NDPSR stabilized over the past few weeks. 
Spot volumes are readily available. Manufacturers continue to produce Extra 
Grade and Grade A whey, but priority of production remains with higher protein 
concentrates drawing a premium. Export demand is steady with European interest 
increasing, as U.S. prices are favorable to European prices.
