Dry Whey sales activity in the East remains active this week, but contacts note 
declining demand compared to last week. Spot loads remain available, though 
market participants sense emerging weakness in the dry whey market. Inventories 
remain manageable with the tapering demand.  Producers continue to prioritize 
higher-protein whey concentrates, keeping dry whey output steady but secondary 
to higher-value products. The price range for Extra Grade and Grade A dry whey 
remains unchanged this week.
