AMS_1051 MARS Casein - U.S. Released on October 02, 2025 Acid casein prices increased at the bottom of the range but decreased at the top this week. In Oceania, demand for acid casein is strengthening but manufacturers in the region say interest from purchasers in other regions is light. Milk output is increasing in Oceania, and manufacturers report utilizing these volumes to run increased production schedules. Production is keeping pace with demand and spot loads are available in the region but are not excessive. Rennet casein prices were unchanged at the bottom of the range but decreased at the top. In Europe, demand is steady, but contacts say interest from purchasers in other regions is declining. Spot loads are available for purchasing. In Europe, milk output is increasing, contributing to an uptick in rennet casein production.
