The price ranges for both acid and rennet casein held steady this week. 
Contacts report demand for acid casein remains light in Oceania, but exports 
from the region are steady. In Oceania, acid casein production is limited, as 
milk output remains seasonally light. Contacts report acid casein production 
schedules are primarily focused on fulfilling contractual demand, limiting spot 
availability. Spot loads of rennet casein are available for purchase in Europe. 
Contacts in Europe say demand for rennet casein is softening somewhat in the 
region, but interest from purchasers in other markets is steady. Declining 
seasonal milk output is contributing to lighter rennet casein production.
