Prices for acid casein are holding steady. Contract demand is strong in Oceania 
and spot interest is steady within the region. Stakeholders say demand from 
purchasers in other regions is steady to stronger. Acid casein production is 
steady in Oceania, and spot loads are available to meet current market demands.

Rennet casein prices are unchanged this week. Contacts in Europe say demand is 
steady in the region. Interest from purchasers in other regions is picking up. 
Plant managers are running steady production schedules and remain focused on 
meeting contractual obligations. Spot loads of rennet casein are available, but 
inventories are not excessive.
