The price range for acid casein is unchanged this week. Contacts report demand 
for acid casein is steady in Oceania and say interest from purchasers in other 
regions is strengthening. Oceania milk production remains strong and acid 
casein producers say they are running busy production schedules. Spot loads are 
available to meet current market demands.

Prices for rennet casein are also unchanged this week. Contacts in Europe 
report steady demand within the region but note interest from purchasers in 
other regions is increasing. Spot inventories are available but are not 
excessive. Plant managers say they are running steady schedules, but rennet 
casein production is primarily geared towards fulfilling contractual 
obligations.
