amount of buttermilk available to dry due to the increase in butter production 
to meet seasonal requirements. Demand for BMP is slow, and contacts indicate a 
slight increase in inventory. The price range for BMP dropped ten cents at the 
bottom of the range this week as low demand is causing prices to fall.
