It was a quiet week for buttermilk powder (BMP). Despite the increase in butter 
production in the region, BMP production schedules are light. Contacts mention 
some buttermilk is going to dryers, but just enough to keep up with demand. BMP 
inventories are healthy but not heavy, with some manufacturers able to meet 
spot demand. The price range for BMP is unchanged this week.
