Buttermilk Powder (BMP) sales are on the rise this week. Several contacts 
reported an increase in sales volume. Butter production is increasing due to 
increased volumes of cream and seasonal holiday demand. As a result, BMP 
volumes are increasing. Demand for BMP is steady. Contacts indicate seasonal 
demand will increase but they haven't seen it yet. The price range for BMP 
increased at the bottom of the range.
