The buttermilk powder (BMP) market was quiet this week. BMP production was slow 
with some manufacturers not drying buttermilk, choosing to sell it as condensed 
buttermilk instead. A few reported sales were above last week's range, but most 
sales stayed within the previous range. Inventories of BMP are tight and 
availability is limited.
