Buttermilk powder (BMP) is gaining some increased demand this week, with 
multiple facilities receiving inquiries on availability. Some contacts report 
very little spot inventory in the East, while the Central region has more 
availability. BMP production is taking a backburner to non-fat dry milk (NDM) 
as demand for NDM is increasing. The increased production of NDM is limiting 
dryer availability for BMP. The price range for BMP is tighter this week, 
increasing at the bottom of the range and dropping one cent at the top.
