Whey Protein Concentrate - Central and West U.S.

The whey protein concentrate 34% (WPC 34%) price rose on the bottom end of the 
range this week. The mostly series remains unchanged. Multiple contacts report 
WPC 34% production is very tight with very little being produced outside of 
contract fulfillment requirements. Inventories remain low and are not projected 
to grow.
