Lactose prices, including the mostly range, remain unchanged from last week. 
Some contacts note international 100-mesh contracts are in the upper $0.70s, 
while there is some Asian pushback. Contacts also note spot availability will 
be extremely tight through year-end. Demand remains strong, inventories are 
tight, and production is consistent. Q4 contracts are still being negotiated. 
Overall, the market tone is firm.
