Market contacts describe volumes as very tight, with demand continuing to run 
ahead of production. Spot availability is increasingly hard to come by, as 
sellers prioritize contracts. International interest, particularly from 
Southeast Asia, remains somewhat active, supporting overall firmness in the 
market.
