Lactose prices moved higher at both the top and bottom of the range this week 
as Q1 contract activity picked up. The mostly series held unchanged. Buyers 
increased forward coverage, while producers kept output aligned with recent 
weeks. Volumes tracked close to prior levels, and overall market conditions 
remained firm and orderly.
