Cream production is steady, but some plant managers say they are utilizing volumes internally and offering fewer loads on the spot market. Demand is strong from cream cheese and Class II processors but is lighter from butter makers. As of report publication, cream multiples range from 1.05 to 1.27, up slightly from last week.
